Our scuba diving site in Portland and Chesil Beach

Portland Harbour is an excellent location for "all weather" diving due to its three protective arms which provide shelter from the elements and tidal flows. Added to this, the harbour is relatively shallow making it a superb venue for dive training and for novice divers to practice their skills.

Situated within the arms of the breakwater is a wealth of wrecks, many of which are superbly intact. We use Portland primarily for advanced and speciality diver training.

Chesil beach in particular Chesil Cove, is where we often go to train open water divers. We also use this area for Advanced and Rescue diver training. Wrecks still showing ribs and plates and an abundance of marine life can often be seen at this site.
